Matthew Dolman is the President and Managing Partner of Dolman Law Group, a Clearwater personal injury and civil trial law firm. Mr. Dolman focuses much of his practice on the litigation of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases throughout Florida. In fact he only represents plaintiffs who have been physically injured as a result of the negligence exhibited by an individual or corporation. Mr. Dolman has also been selected by National Trial Lawyers as a top 100 trial lawyer in both 2013 and 2014 and was selected as one of the top 40 trial attorneys under the age of 40 in 2013 by the very same organization. He has been awarded a perfect 10.0 score by Avvo.com; a national consumer rating service for attorneys and was recognized in 2012 with the “Client Choice Award” by Avvo, based on feedback from former clients.

After earning a B.S. in Communications with a dual focus in Broadcast Journalism and Screenwriting from the prestigious Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College, Mr. Dolman received his Jurist Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Stetson is regarded as one of the top trial advocacy programs in the United States and routinely ranks among the top three by U.S. News & World Report.

Mr. Dolman resides in Clearwater, Florida, and has built his practice based on word of mouth referrals from current and former satisfied clients. His business model is based on personal service for his personal injury clients and he seeks to differentiate himself from the settlement mills by regularly litigating his cases and remaining accessible.
