As a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, David is recognized by the Florida Bar as a specialist in the area of Civil Trial law. Civil trial cases include personal injury and insurance claims. Relying on years of litigation and trial experience, David works to develop a case strategy that moves each case forward and justifies the verdict or settlement sought. The case strategy is supported by facts obtained through directed discovery and pretrial preparation. David works to determine the facts that really matter, and to present them to the factfinder in a simple and understandable way. While most cases settle before trial, he believes this approach provides significant benefits to each client, whether the case ultimately resolves by settlement or verdict.
